In this position, two things are required: teamwork and the commitment to drive our business forward through professional and comprehensive support. Does this sound like you? Great, you will take on the responsibility of order management for our national and international customers in the brand and private label sector.

These are your tasks

  • In this context, you will plan, schedule, and monitor demand and production quantities and be responsible for all promotional activities - including communication with the customer.
  • In addition, you will develop key performance indicators for measuring supply chain performance and act as a liaison between production, logistics, purchasing, key account, and marketing.
  • You will also maintain customer portals and update master and image data.
  • You will also be responsible for conducting monthly closings, sales reports, and special evaluations such as delivery quotas and sales statistics.
  • You will also coordinate and handle customer and shipping complaints and continuously support process optimization.

This is your profile

  • You have a strong foundation, having completed your commercial training or a comparable qualification and have gained several years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Ideally, you have a good understanding of business administration and have experience in sales in the food industry.
  • You are proficient in both SAP and common MS Office applications and have good written and spoken English
