    VDart Inc is the leading global provider of digital solutions, products and talent management company providing digital technology solutions in Automotive, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities and Healthcare Industries.

    We are currently accepting applications from staffing firms for our Preferred Partner Program, where we align niche staffing firms with specific verticals based on their strengths.

    Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutionsEnsure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story,Review solutions and recommending improvement (A strategic approach to solution design) with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategyOwn the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions for Sales and platform solutionsGroom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the projectSupervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce,Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs,Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.

    Where appropriate, this could include deploying changeProvide guidance on user story writing styleExperience Required:

    Minimum 12 + years of Overall experience in Salesforce and as a Minimum of 5 + years of Salesforce Technical ArchitectProven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

    Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexityStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalityStrong data management abilitiesStrong experience in Salesforce flowsStrong experience in Partner Management, Commerical Deals, Promotion toolsCertification :

    • Certified in Salesforce certified administrator and Certified Technical Architect
