YOUR CHALLENGES.

  • Product and price optimization in the calculation and execution phase of our projects
  • Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor offers, including creating price comparisons and subcontractor performance specifications
  • Creating a procurement schedule in collaboration with project management
  • Point of contact and expert advice on procurementrelated topics for planning, calculation, and project management before and during the execution phase
  • Creating and optimizing tender documents and compiling contract documents
  • Conducting bidder meetings together with project management
  • Developing, creating, and independently conducting material selections with project stakeholders
  • Maintaining and developing our supplier and subcontractor relationships
YOUR PROFILE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER.

  • Technical education or successful completion of a degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Professional experience in subcontractor tendering (phases 67) in turnkey interior construction
  • Proficient in VOB and knowledge of BGB construction contract law
  • Experience with an AVA program, preferably iTWO
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and structured, independent work style
  • Teamoriented and willingness to grow together in a strong team.
