As an outsourced department, we work closely with companies to create individual, attractive, and modern pension concepts for their entire workforce, ensuring a better quality of life now and in the future.
With over 30 years of success in the market, we are now seeking to expand our team in the beautiful city of Palm Beach Shores, FL.
Responsibilities:
- As a sales expert, you will advise employers and employees on all forms of occupational pension, disability, and health insurance
- Manage a new client base acquired by Innovest
- Develop and present concepts to CEOs, HR managers, works councils, and employees
- Contribute your own ideas to Innovest by assisting in the design of brochures, presentations, and complex sales materials
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an insurance clerk or in a similar field
- An advantage, but not a requirement: Some knowledge of occupational pension planning (bAV, bBU, bKV)
- A desire to demonstrate your negotiation skills with clients and insurers
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Team player with flexibility
- Positive and confident demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office
