Are you looking for a fast-paced and challenging position that will provide you with extremely valuable personnel experience, extensive variety, and frequent exposure to Departmental (and executive) managers? The Employment Development Department (EDD) is looking for a highly motivated team player to join the Personnel Management Group (PMG).


  • This position performs human resources duties that include review of counseling and disciplinary documentation and providing consultation and advice to departmental managers/supervisors and guiding them through all stages of the progressive discipline process. The Personnel Management Consultant also builds working relationships with staff in the Labor Relations and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office. This type of experience is invaluable as individuals move forward in their career.
