Description
Primary responsibilities for this position are:
- Safely operate stand-up/sit-down fork trucks
- Prepare shipments for customers
- Load and unload pallets onto trucks, verifying that documents match product loaded/unloaded
- Organize warehouse by maintaining correct rack locations and utilizing FIFO
- Assist with inventory control
- Create packing slips and master labels for shipments
- Assist with customer calls and expedites on the shift
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor, lead person or management
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to be trained to drive standup/sitdown fork trucks
- Ability to lift approx. 40 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work cooperatively and take direction
