- Performs comprehensive initial evaluation on all patients assigned requiring speech pathology services.
- Implement the speech pathology assessment and care plan, continuously evaluating the patient's response to program and need for modification.
- Instruct the patient and family in the total speech pathology program.
- Minimum of (1) year of clinical experience in performing Speech Pathology services in an acute or rehab care setting.
- Two (2) years of Home Health Speech Pathology

Days.
Required to do at least 4 shifts per month, with two of those days being a weekend day shift (Sat or Sun).
The community you'll be caring for:Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the individualized speech therapy care; performs technical speech therapy skills with a high degree of proficiency; Completes documentation according to Agency Policy and Regulatory guidelines,and performs home visits as ordered by the patient's physician.
