We are currently seeking a
Care Assistant (m/f/d) for the Wichern Workshops for People with Disabilities in Freital, Coos Bay, OR.

The position is for 35 hours per week and is initially limited to two years.

Responsibilities:

Caring for people with various limitations and disabilities
Assisting with toileting, changing incontinence materials, administering medication
Supporting the professional staff in care and development

Requirements:

Experience in dealing with intellectual, physical, and mental illnesses
Professional experience in caregiving
Commitment and ability to work in a team
Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden

Salary according to pay group 4 AVR Diakonie Deutschland, version Saxony, with regular tariff adjustments
