Training has always been very important to us. We are proud that many of our former trainees are still with the company today, taking on responsible tasks.

The training program
Business Management Assistant* with integrated training as a Retail Salesperson* is considered a counterpart to a business administration degree.

The shortened training program as a
Retail Salesperson* is followed by an intensive course to become a
Business Management Assistant* - a targeted combination that will lead you through all areas of retail.

Your training usually lasts three years.

Afterwards, you will have two qualifications:

Retail Salesperson* and Business Management Assistant* - all in all, a foundation for a challenging, varied, and independent career.

Tasks and Responsibilities

First, you will get to know the daily business in retail - from purchasing and sales to marketing, advice, and customer service.

Furthermore, you can acquire extensive knowledge in the areas of business administration, marketing, work organization and accounting, bookkeeping, store accounting, organization, logistics, and sales.
