Your Role and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective client retention strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage communication across various platforms to respond to client needs promptly.
  • Conduct policy reviews to identify opportunities for policy enhancements.
  • Uncover additional lines of business. Bonus based on cross selling.
  • Collaborate with team members to assist in client retention efforts and share best practices.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to track retention rates and identify areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For:


  • Licensed in Property/Casualty with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
  • Proficient in MS Office and adept at using advanced CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client retention or account management within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of maintaining client relationships.
  • A teamoriented individual who is also selfdriven and capable of working autonomously.
