Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Bookkeeping:

  • Daily reconciliation of bank statements with general ledger entries.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable, maintaining an aging report, and addressing overdue accounts.
  • Preparation of financial statements.
  • Conducting safe and inventory audits.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting the CEO with personal and administrative tasks.

Key skills and requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
  • Strong writing and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Selfstarter mentality.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Experience managing expenses using digital systems.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Outlook and Excel.
  • A quick learner with a professional and organized approach, coupled with enthusiasm and good communication skills.
  • A desire to grow within the company, with potential opportunities in sales, client support, project management, and more.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
