    JOB SUMMARY:

    Reporting to the Executive Director, National Accounts, this role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to maximize fleet sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fleet sales dynamics, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales support initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • and implement comprehensive strategies for fleet sales support, including customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
    • National Account Fleet Customers with Vehicle/deployment issues, including Battery Electric/Zero-Emissions.
    • technical Product Support (FSE/Diagnostics/training) to customers as needed (in-person and remotely)
    • strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions that exceed expectations.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • degree in Fleet Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • years' experience in fleet sales support management roles within a large corporate environment
    • years' experience in school bus sales support management roles preferred
    • Technician Certification required
    • Sigma Certification preferred
    • in zero-emission fleet introduction
