The Schwarz IT department is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group.

This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications.

In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT consults with these departments to understand their requirements and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your responsibilities will include leading, planning, and coordinating IT projects related to Lidl merchandise management systems. This will involve monitoring deadlines and performance goals, as well as ensuring effective communication across departments.

You will also be responsible for specific modules within the merchandise management system and will contribute to its strategic development in close collaboration with relevant departments.

This role will require close coordination with business, software development, and IT engineering teams, as well as specifying new software requirements and planning and executing global rollouts, including training key users and end-users.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in business informatics or a similar field with a focus on IT.

Previous experience with IT projects is desirable, as well as a strong interest in IT and the ability to communicate and work with colleagues from different departments and countries.

You should also be willing to be on call and have a high level of motivation and responsibility in an international work environment.

Fluency in German and English, as well as a willingness to travel (approximately 10%), are also required.
