Palmer Group is partnering with a locally owned, family-owned community bank that has been helping Iowa grow since 1895 in the search for a SVP, Indianola Branch Manager. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships and developing and executing strategies to reach the branch's financial goals. Apply today to learn more

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering business growth and customer retention in the Indianola branch
Identify and contact potential commercial and business customers in the market
Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch financial goals
Provide leadership to Indianola branch staff, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
Represents the Bank in various community functions to enhance the Bank's image further and develop additional business

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of prior bank management experience
Minimum of 10 years of banking and lending experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Knowledge of credit principles and practices, lending laws and regulations
Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
