Your Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Consultant for Non-Financial Risk and Compliance at zeb, you can expect a diverse range of tasks in which you can actively contribute:

  • Non-Financial Risk Management: Together, we shape the transformation in the area of Non-Financial Risk and develop tailored concepts to improve risk management, including automation and digitalization of processes.
  • Shaping a sustainable compliance: The topics range from risk analysis to MaRisk compliance and specific compliance issues. We not only protect our clients from misconduct and fines, but also enable them to establish compliance as a competitive factor.
  • Optimization of risk management: You connect relevant topics such as cybersecurity, IT, compliance, outsourcing management, and internal control systems and accompany the optimization process.
  • Regulatory: Our clients - mostly internationally active banks and financial service providers - rely on your expertise. You support them in implementing regulatory requirements in Non-Financial Risk and accompany their professional development.
  • Do you want to take on responsibility early on? Together with the team, develop innovative solutions (e.g. in the area of digitalization of processes, reporting, or robotics) or new topics such as the integration of ESG into Non-Financial Risk Management.
