Your Responsibilities

You will be working on research projects aimed at improving the ecosystem surrounding open-source design software for the development of integrated circuits and their packages. This will involve integrating various software packages for modeling and simulation, developing modern algorithms for extracting dynamic thermal behavior of spatial geometries, as well as creating demonstrator ICs and conducting experimental verification.

Your Profile

Required **

•A completed university degree (Master's or equivalent) in electrical engineering, physics, computer engineering, mechatronics, or a similar technical field.

•Knowledge of transistor circuit technology and software development, as well as a strong understanding of physics.

•Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured approach to work.

Desired *

•Knowledge of high-frequency system and circuit design and simulation (e.g. using ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, qucs).

•Experience with field simulation (electromagnetic, thermal, etc., using tools such as HFSS, CST, Momentum, etc.).

•High level of independence, initiative, and commitment.
