Your responsibilities:

You will provide support to our clients via phone, remote control, and onsite.
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, servers, and client systems.
Administration of networks primarily in a Windows environment.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in direct contact with our clients.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or have equivalent knowledge.
Career changers or beginners are also welcome.
Required knowledge and initial professional experience in Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and environment, as well as Microsoft Exchange 2016/201
Virtualization with Hyper-V, VMware Firewall Administration, Active Directory.
Backup solutions.
Windows clients Win7 / Win10 Pro.
Office 2016 / 201
Customeroriented approach and service mindset are natural for you.
You have a driver's license and good German,
