Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Fabricate and weld parts as needed
Maintain and update equipment records and documentation
Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Experience:

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read and interpret schematics
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
Experience with logic controllers and other automated systems is preferred
Leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with other departments

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and external contractors
