Our Customer Service Representative team ensures we continue to expand our clients customer base in the local area through the use of highly customized outreach campaigns.

Currently, we are in the process of hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our San Diegobased team immediately.


What you will be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Engage with customers directly to foster professional relations
  • Conducting outreach campaigns to increase new customer acquisitions for our client
  • Qualify, educate, and enroll newly qualified community members on our clients products and services
  • Adhere to compliance and training requirements to offer appropriate products and services
  • Work with the sales team on a daily basis to understand the sales cycle, promote products and services through effective sales support and maximize the territory and local market
  • Assist the management team in exceeding established goals for the team by driving sales revenue and increasing customer enrollment and retainment
  • Handle all customer relation issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive customer experience
  • Set up new accounts, customer inquiries, product availability and pricing
  • Stay current on our clients products, services, and sales by participating in meetings, conferences, in office trainings and networking events
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department's (e.g., management, operations, sales) daily processes and goals

What we are looking for in a Customer Service Representative:

  • Degree or in business, management or related field is preferred
  • Experience in a customer service, sales, client facing, leadership, or coaching role is a bonus
  • Ability to expand brand recognition and customer base through client relations campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to complete our accelerated training curriculum
  • High focus on customer relationships, customer contact, and client focused consulting
  • Proven track record of selling and maintaining customer based relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional public speaking and delegation abilities

Pay:
$42, $53,000.00 per year
