    Job Description

    Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is looking to hire a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in San Jose, CA, and neighboring areas spanning from Palo Alto to Saratoga (San Mateo, Los Altos, Campbell, Los Gatos).     We take pride in offering top-quality services, with comprehensive clinical training and programs including Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).

    We are thrilled to collaborate with Dr. Gregory Hanley to deliver best practices through empathetic care and Skill-Based Treatment. We also collaborate with leaders at the doctoral level within our organization who are proficient in Pivotal Response Treatment. We emphasize dissemination and growth, providing opportunities for professional development and workshops on these respected methodologies and more.

    Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct intervention in home, school, and community settings
    • Offer parent/caregiver education and conduct functional behavior assessments
    • Develop tailored ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
    • Utilize evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
    • Record behavioral data, write progress notes, and manage cases
    • Offer clinical guidance, training, and assistance to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians
    • Provide supervised professional experience to staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision

    Requirements

    • Hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Flexible to handle combined home, school, and center caseloads
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
    • Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
    • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive workplace
    • Possess a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Being bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
