Description

Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead the production, manage a team of approximately 30 people, and ensure smooth production operations
  • You will be responsible for all areas of electronics and device production and continuously develop this area and its processes
  • You will oversee the production process from resource planning to delivery, ensuring desired quality and smooth operations with optimal production utilization
  • You will be responsible for production processes with a focus on costeffectiveness, adherence to deadlines, and quality
  • In addition to workplace safety, you will ensure production safety and sustainability
  • You will continuously develop your team, motivate them, and provide training opportunities

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or telecommunications, alternatively a technical training or master's degree in this field
  • You have professional experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly in SMT (automated assembly), THT, and ideally cable assembly and device construction
  • You have several years of professional and leadership experience
  • Proficient in common software applications (MS Office) and experience with ERP systems, ideally "proAlpha"
  • Fluent in German, with a good command of English
  • Your strengths include leadership skills, a conscientious work ethic, and a focus on stable processes and optimization.
