Biotricity, Inc., an innovative medical technology company, has an immediate opening for a Regional Clinical Manager providing clinical and operational support in our Operations Department.


The Regional Clinical Manager is responsible for collaborating with and providing support to the assigned Western Region including California, Neveda and Arizona (the "
Area") and the Customer Success Team.

They are responsible for building clinic relationships, driving activity, in-servicing accounts on core service lines, providing routine in-clinic support, and maintaining their territory's revenue, while attaining corporate goals and objectives under the guidance of the Director of Field Operations.

In parallel, the Regional Clinical Manager is also responsible for supporting the Inside Sales team to ensure the goal of Customer Success is achieved.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Director of Field Operations in creating and implementing sales support strategies within the Area. The Area may change depending on the needs of the Company.
  • Handle administrative matters for the Area, which may include inventory management, issue resolutions, baseline calls, customer follow up, clinic training, etc.
  • Work with the Inside Sales team to help solve issues or problems customers may have in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer profiles via the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Educate customers and patients on Company's core products, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to recommend tailored solutions that address client requirements and drive revenue growth.
  • Maximize clinic support and efficiency through proper planning, scheduling, and training techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at independent cardiology clinics, hospitals, and academic partnerships.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand market presence and revenue streams.
  • Attend and participate in required meetings, sales training, conventions, trade shows, and engage key referral organizations.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
  • Conduct group presentations to customers for product and/or educational training, as required. Be available to conduct product presentations and inservice training to staff and clinicians, which could include all hospital shifts and may need to be accomplished outside of normal business hours. Tailor presentations and materials for specific customer needs and requirements.
  • Undertake any tasks as required by the Company from time to time.
  • Ability to travel on average up to 50% within the Area. May require overnight travel.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • Prior cardiac disease and clinical experience highly desirable.
  • Experience handling objections and demonstrating value to close a deal.
  • 3year medical sales experience in independent clinics and large healthcare facilities.
  • Strong preference in medical device and softwareasaservice experience that blends with a strong service environment.
  • Communicates effectively and strong presentation skills.
  • Strong technical acumen to support a technical platform.
  • Effective and timely communicator with the ability exercise appropriate judgement on urgency of communication with other departments.
  • Selfstarter who performs well with autonomy and can be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Problem solver who can think critically in high pressure environments.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and collaborates and works well in team environment.
  • Able to take large amounts of data and translate information into actionable insights.
  • Hunger for learning and building new skills.

Compensation

  • Base Salary $70K, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities
