Job Description:
Depending on your education and professional experience, you will take on the following tasks during your training as a safety expert for systems at Ashland:

  • You independently carry out commissioning tests and annual recurring inspections of industrial plants (pressure vessels, steam boilers, and pipelines) according to national and European guidelines.
  • You check process control safety devices.
  • You create inspection reports and opinions as part of permit procedures, damage investigations and repairs, as well as hazard assessments and risk evaluations.
  • In the field, you will support your customers in the Allgäu region and ensure longterm cooperation.

Qualifications:

  • Completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, power plant technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, chemical process engineering, or a comparable field.
  • If you are already a recognized expert in water law (AwSV) or system safety (ZÜS pressure), you can start right away.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, reliability, and assertiveness.
  • Customer and service orientation, combined with high communication skills and flexible problemsolving abilities.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are open to innovations.
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Driver's license and willingness to work in the field in the local area.
  • Residence in the Allgäu region is an advantage.
