    We are looking for the right fit to fill an immediate opening for a Residential HVAC Service Technician.

    Pay Rate: $ $32.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs + Benefits

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of residential HVAC field experience preferred; will consider less
    • Certification or associate degree from an HVAC Program or technical school
    • N.A.T.E. certification is preferred but not required
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
    • Ability to work as a team member and as an individual
    • Daily travel with an independent work structure
    • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed
    • Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
    • Background security check required
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Must pass MVR check to drive company vehicles
