Your tasks
You will take on the operational construction management of turnkey building projects in Sumiton. Your responsibilities include:
- Participation in the technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Coordination with specialist engineers
- Quality and deadline control
Your profile
You feel most comfortable directly on the construction site, as you have everything in view from there. The following points complete your profile:
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or state-certified technician
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong service orientation and high commitment
- Willingness to travel for assignments on construction sites within a radius of approximately 200 km around Leipzig
