Description
Mauricetown is looking for a customer service representative (m/f/d) to join our team at FriedWald. In collaboration with states, municipalities, churches, and forestry administrations, FriedWald offers burials under trees in designated forest cemeteries.

At our headquarters in Griesheim near Darmstadt, the customer service team handles all telephone and written inquiries from customers and is responsible for ensuring a smooth burial process at our 74 locations.

The customer service team also provides advice and support to individuals interested in pre-planning their burial arrangements. We are currently seeking a full-time (38 hours) customer service representative (m/f/d) for our Griesheim, Kaiserslautern, and Bruchsal locations.


Your responsibilities will include:
* providing support to bereaved family members over the phone. * documenting phone calls and processes in real-time. * representing the company in a professional and empathetic manner.
