    Description

    Conduct and record tests or checks on plant and product temperatures, equipment performance, product packaging, housekeeping and hygiene, and overall product flow in accordance with all Quality Assurance and USDA regulations.

    Conduct plant checks and record tests on product quality meeting or exceeding USDA standards.

    • Effectively communicate with all levels of Plant Management and USDA on recorded tests and data collected.
