For our headquarters in Kiel, we are currently looking for a full-time

Head of Accounting (m/f/d)

Your role:
  • You will lead a team of 5 accountants, but also actively work with them.
  • You will also be responsible for liquidity management and process optimization.
  • You will be in charge of preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to German GAAP and support internal reporting.
  • You will ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines and work closely with the commercial management and the board of directors.
Your profile:
  • A completed commercial education with further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and in a leadership position.
  • Sound knowledge of German commercial and tax law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,
