We are looking for experienced construction managers for exciting projects in the Berlin area, based in Blanford, IN.


Responsibilities:

  • You will coordinate with the planning, construction management, and execution teams
  • You will monitor and document progress
  • You will keep track of costs, deadlines, and performance
  • You will familiarize yourself with contracts and handle any amendments
  • You will study plans and know what is happening when and where

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a construction manager
  • You remain calm and objective in stressful situations and conflicts
  • You enjoy finding solutions to technical and scheduling problems
  • You are communicative
  • Your German is fluent in both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
  • Reliability and honesty are a given for you
