Part Time Graphic Designer

On-Site, Graphic Designer needed for a fast-paced, local real estate marketing company located in Timonium, MD.

Necessity to be in-studio

Qualifications

Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
Advanced working knowledge of Mac computers.
Creative skills in the creation of magazine layout and creative typography, while maintaining appropriate branding.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational/communication skills
Monitor operation and maintenance of professional printing equipment
Provide prepress and technical support
Focus on results and have a strong work ethic
Be resourceful & take responsibility for controlling management and scheduling equipment service with outside vendors
Be highly organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability
Be efficient in monitoring packaging, shipment, and high detailed quality control of outgoing products

Responsibilities

Layout, design and production of a variety of printed promotional materials specifically in the real estate market.
Create concepts for material as requested.
Layout/designs and assembles data received.
Ensure consistency in design.
