Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Must have all 4 of the licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Health).
