- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in network security engineering.
- Direct hands-on experience with NAC solutions such as Clearpass or Cisco ISE.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and VPNs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Design and implement network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and virtual private networks (VPNs).
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security breaches and take corrective actions.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify network security weaknesses and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure network security is integrated into all aspects of the IT infrastructure.
