    • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
