• Conduct oneonone counseling sessions with students to discuss academic and personal goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive guidance programs that cater to all grade levels.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support students' educational and emotional needs.
• Address any behavioral and academic concerns, providing interventions and referrals as necessary.
• Promote an understanding of Islamic values in handling all counseling activities.

• Master's degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid state certification/licensure in school counseling.
• Experience in school counseling or a related educational field.
• Strong understanding of the college admissions process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear, detailed, and persuasive reference letters.
• Knowledge of and respect for Islamic traditions and culture.
• Commitment to the ethical guidelines of the counseling profession.
