- Deliver Food and Beverage service of the highest standards following F&B guidelines set forth in Service Standards SOP
- Develop and manage a contemporary cocktail/beverage program for all beverage related outlets.
- Train and coach all bar staff
- Set objectives and targets for all bars in conjunction with Restaurant Director
- Evaluate schedule needs and recruit staff
- Provide annual performance management for all bar staff
- Provide regularly scheduled one on ones with all bar staff
- Delegate duties and tasks to the bar team to meet objectives and achieve goals
- Set and monitor service standards for all bar staff
- Communicate company policy and procedures to the team
- Ensure all staff operate within company parameters
- Organize scheduling of all bar staff to maximize resources while keeping labor targets in line
- Monitor execution of recipe following, and offer guidance where necessary
- Be a Brand Ambassador for the Woodstock Inn & Resort
- Resolve guest complaints effectively and timely
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of all bar areas, including storage areas
- Promote and practice compliance with fire, health & safety, and hygiene standards and regulations
- Oversee cash outs and end of shift procedures to ensure accuracy and standardization
- Ensure adherence to cash management procedures

One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Beverage Manager to join the team.
Lead and manage the bar operations of The Red Rooster, Richardson's Tavern, Woodstock Country Club's Fairway Grill, and Saskadena 6 and ensure the profitability, and safe operations of all facilities. Achieve established beverage quality metrics, and guest service quality standards set forth by Restaurant Director and F&B Director. Achieve, and focus on exceeding departmental revenue and profit goals.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations to ensure safe operations for our team members and guests. Adhere to brand standards.

The person for this position is excited about working on a great team and contributing to the growth of a high-level Food and Beverage operation. This position brings a passion and a strong knowledge of contemporary cocktails as well as an understanding of how to build that level in multiple areas. We see this person working with the culinary team and Kelly way gardens to source and use unique ingredients that make up the foundation of our F&B menus. This position requires an understanding of how to train current and future bar tenders on these new techniques. Creating and nurturing a positive culture within the team and delivering excellent guest experiences is paramount to success.
