- Network Implementation: Implement network solutions, including hardware, software, and configuration changes. Collaborate with network engineers and technicians to deploy and maintain network components.
- Capacity Planning: Monitor network capacity requirements and ensure the network can handle increased traffic and new technologies.
- Security: Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network resources for maximum efficiency and reliability.
- Network Documentation: Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and inventory lists.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network infrastructure with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in network design, implementation, and management, with a minimum of 7-10 years in a similar role.
- Must have experience with Zero Trust Network access and Zscaler (ZIA and/or ZPA).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualization technologies.
