The Goddard School on the Upper East and Upper West Side schools are seeking a highly motivate Administrative Manager to support the Executive Team to assist with the professional missions of the schools.
This position is a centralize role where the incumbent would work with the Executive Team to support achieving the goals set by the Executive Team keeping excellence and consistency within the various schools.
Who You Are:
- An exceptional project manager who leads the charge of anticipating the need for and creating systems in support of smooth operations.
- Flexible, collaborative professional who can support other leaders on our team either onsite or through virtual troubleshooting.
- A clear, proactive communicator with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- A datedrive, detail oriented specialist who is comfortable organizing information into spreadsheets and advanced systems.
- An experienced and organized data manager.
- A team player with a strong ability to prioritize, manage moving projects and meet deadlines.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with MS office programs especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work Independently keeping within deadlines
- Highly organized
- Great research skills
- Ability to travel and work among 4 different locations in Manhattan
Requirements:
- BA Degree
- 1 year + working within an office environment

$39, $45,000.00 per year
