To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the construction of innovative residential projects from start to handover to the customer
  • Organizing and controlling construction execution in terms of costs, quality and deadlines

Our requirements

  • Technical degree or technical training (graduates are welcome)
  • Knowledge of common standard software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation and assertiveness
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • Good analytical skills and organizational abilities
  • Driver's license class B
