Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for xTuple ERP system and associated subsystems, overseeing a crucial near-term upgrade
Manage Configure One configuration/quoting system and Salesforce CRM system
Supervise internal sales and financial reporting procedures
Offer solutions to challenges, develop tools, and facilitate training for team members

Required Qualifications

Holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business related field
Demonstrates business and I/T proficiency within a manufacturing environment, ideally with expertise in xTuple ERP; familiarity with ERP systems is essential, with additional experience in Salesforce and Configure One considered advantageous
Possesses experience in Database Support, working with relational databases and SQL tools (knowledge of Postgres is a bonus)
Displays a strong commitment to customer service and effective communication
