Description
We are looking for a Kaufmann/-frau für die Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft to join our growing mid-sized property management company in Delitzsch.
This position is offered through a recruitment agency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the rental accounting for a fixed portfolio of properties
- Performing all typical tasks and duties of a rental accountant, including those related to proper property management
- Setting up new properties and maintaining master data in the property management program
- Reviewing, coding, and paying invoices within specified deadlines
- Managing rental accounting and booking all business transactions in the property management program
- Producing monthly statements and reports according to the preferences of individual property owners from the property management program
- Calculating and invoicing management fees
- Corresponding with tenants, property owners, and service providers
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
- Experience in managing rental properties and debt collection
- Preparing heating and utility cost statements
- Preparing associated annual financial statements
- Knowledge of accounting processes, including in condominium management (utility and annual statements, budgets, online banking)
