- Problem SolvingWhat You Will Do:
- Build, enhance and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase business.
- Actively working the phones to increase awareness of our product with our customer base.
- Partnering with new dealers to review and complete contracts, and training on EBlock app and website.
- Working in a team environment with your dedicated outside sales team.
- Resolves customer issues and complaints by taking immediate action independently or referring customer to appropriate manager.
- Persuasively explains to customers and prospective customers how companys products and services can reduce customers costs and enhance their businesses.
- Provides customer training as required.
- 1 year of experience in the car auction business preferred
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and telephone manner
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Organized with the ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
- Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly
