    Vehicle Registration Specialist 2This position is the primary Vehicle Registration Control Specialist II and provides support for our Auto Club Branches within the Branch Operations departments.

    This role includes select clerical and administrative functions such as:

    Collaborate with Auto Club Branch Management and Branch PersonnelMaintain a positive relation with the Department of Motor Vehicles and internal DMV liaison.

    Support, execute and oversee the DMV daily auditing and balancing process for Auto Club branches.
    Required DMV control cashier functions will be performed daily to meet our DMV contractual agreement.
    DMV problem solving pertaining to all types of DMV transactions and ongoing filed communications required.
    Track related DMV procedural and keying errors to support accuracy goals.
    Instrumental in the development of policies and procedures related to the department.
    Responsibilities include the review and maintenance of DMV reports to monitor for trends and suspicious activity.


    Qualifications:
    High School diploma, G.E.D or equivalent certificate required.
    Previous branch experience preferred but is not required. Basic DMV knowledge is a plus.
    Must be able to lift 25 pounds.


    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
    General typing, Windows, Outlook, Internet/Intranet access skills required.
    Capable of completing Computer Based Training Courses as required.
    Capable of working in Team environment.
    Flexibility is a must.

    The starting pay range for this position is:
