Training as a Youth and Residential Educator (WTP) at the Youth and Cultural Center MOLKE starting

The Youth and Cultural Center MOLKE is a municipal institution for open youth work with a focus on youth café, youth cultural academy, and cultural events. The needs-based offerings in the areas of open youth work, extracurricular youth education, youth culture, and mobile youth work are aimed at young people aged 12 and above.

Your tasks

  • Education and social work, care and educational support for young people
  • Psychology and sociology, support in academic and professional development as well as personal growth
  • Didactics and methodology, observation and analysis of youth behavior, documentation of educational measures
  • Conflict resolution
  • Crafts/visual arts, play, and music
  • Duration: 3 years
  • Theoretical instruction on one weekday, supplemented by block instruction at a technical school for youth and residential education
