What You Would Do
Meet with customers for pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance on an existing system or follow-up on warranty issues
Meet with customers to troubleshoot any existing problems and find solutions
Examine work done by company and determine potential problems to remedy
Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve the original installation or remedy a new issue that has arisen
Follow through with customer until all issues are resolved
What We Need for this Role
Sales experience preferred but not required
Construction experience preferred but not required
Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 100 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Skill in operating computer software (we will train you)
