  • Rental of construction machinery and equipment in the rental park sector
  • Telephone, personal and written correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Acquisition and support of new, existing and key customers as well as rental partners
  • Responsibility and maintenance of the entire machinery and equipment inventory of the Achstetten rental park
  • Inventory responsibility for the machinery and equipment inventory of the Achstetten rental park
  • Cost control and monitoring in the rental responsibility area
  • Planning of revenues and profits in connection with the Achstetten branch manager
  • Monitoring and achievement of planned revenues and profits as well as budget achievement in connection with the Achstetten branch manager
  • Monitoring and compliance with proper monthly rental billing, both externally and internally
  • Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns in consultation with the Achstetten branch manager
  • Active contact and support for the sales field service as well as for the service department
  • Cooperation in accounts receivable management

What we are looking for:

  • Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in a similar position advantageous
  • Experience in customer service, rental or sales
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 advantageous
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Independent, structured work style as well as resilience and organizational skills
  • Team spirit
