Responsibilities:

Oversee the entirety of order processing and tracking procedures, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to fulfillment.
Facilitate communication between trams and coordination with auctions
Record salesrelated data, including customer information, transaction prices, and detailed transaction information
Resolve issues, ensuring orders meet quality standards
Create sales reports to assist in formulating effective sales strategies and decisions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or other related degrees.
1+ years' experience as an Order Coordinator or similar role
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Sales Force, preferred
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication;
Strong project management and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and with a team

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
