    At Signals, we empower B2B enterprises with the insights needed to identify prospective buyers of their products and services. By leveraging existing customer data, Signals crafts profiles for businesses that show the highest likelihood of becoming your next customers. Our platform discerns visiting companies to your site, evaluates their potential match, and assesses buying intentions through their site interactions. We specialize in pinpointing contacts within these companies, typically those holding titles crucial to your sales cycle, and seamlessly integrate outreach efforts through your sales and marketing channels.

    Job Description:

    As part of our commitment to expanding our brand presence in the Demand Generation arena, Signals is on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing Team Specialist focused on marketing and event planning. This role is pivotal in orchestrating and promoting online events that align with and propel Signals' market strategy. The ideal candidate will take charge of event planning from inception to execution, including speaker recruitment, onboarding, creating and promoting event pages, and managing all event dimensions. This position offers a golden opportunity to delve into email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and other marketing avenues, aiming to recruit a creative and result-driven marketer to our ranks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement an event marketing strategy that encompasses goals, audience targeting, and the lifecycle of virtual events.
    • Foster collaborative efforts with teams in Demand Generation, Design, and Product Marketing to create premier events.
    • Innovate in event concept, planning, and execution, ensuring creativity and consistency at all interaction points.
    • Streamline and document event processes with the team, contributing to the program's scalability.
    • Engage with clients for feedback, queries, and updates regarding event progress.
    • Keep abreast of event planning trends to inject fresh ideas into future events.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • 3-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
    • Stellar communication skills.
    • Proven track record in planning diverse events for various audiences under tight deadlines.
    • A keen interest in developing and refining event content and speaker engagements.
