Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling appointments and organizing business trips, including flight and hotel bookings
  • Checking activity reports and creating travel expense reports
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Preparing meetings, including catering
  • Maintaining the CRM system (address and project database)
  • Preparing presentation materials
  • Handling internal and external correspondence, both independently and according to instructions
  • Document filing

Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent degree
  • Professional experience, preferably in the real estate industry or a law firm
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is desirable
  • Teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, and a selfmotivated and dedicated work ethic
  • Customeroriented and friendly demeanor
