    **Retail Operations Manager**

    **Department:** Book Store **Location:** Sandy Springs, GA

    **Retail Operations Manager**

    Holy Innocents' Episcopal School is seeking a full-time **Retail Operations Manager** for the Campus Shop and Caf. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of both locations within the Upper School Humanities building and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

    The Retail Operations Manager will oversee the relocation of the existing Campus Shop and launch the newly created Grab-and-Go Caf at the beginning of the academic year. The Manager will have profit and loss accountability as well as buying, merchandising and management responsibilities. This is a hands-on position responsible for managing a small team with a big impact in our community.

    **Responsibilities include**:

    Staffing, scheduling and training

    Budgeting and financial reporting

    Accurate and timely month end close reporting

    Manage special orders and other faculty materials

    Marketing, merchandising and promotional strategy

    Implement an eCommerce platform consistent with financial controls and accounting procedures, including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)

    Inventory management

    Vendor selection and product pricing

    Process purchase orders and invoices

    Food safety assurance and compliance

    Loss prevention

    Special Events (Open House, Grandparents Day, Athletic Events, etc.)

    **Minimum Qualifications:**

    5 years prior experience in retail or food services management

    Prior experience using CounterPoint systems preferred

    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc

    Excellent supervisory, analytical and reasoning skills
