Beechwood Trails is currently seeking a full-time IT Helpdesk/Support employee (m/f/d) for our location in Haren. With 1,400 employees and 24 locations worldwide, we specialize in mobile space solutions using container construction.

As a family-owned company, we are constantly growing and are always looking for qualified, friendly, and team-oriented employees in all areas.


Your tasks will include providing telephone and written support to users, managing tickets and communicating with colleagues in the IT department, as well as onsite support activities and maintaining the knowledge database.

We are looking for someone with a completed education or similar qualifications, as well as IT knowledge and a basic understanding of IT systems.

Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or support as an IT specialist (m/f/d) is desirable but not mandatory.

Problem-solving skills and a strong team understanding are also important, as well as good English skills and proficiency in MS Office.
